Be friendly
The number one rule is to be friendly to the customers in the free area. Say "hi", call them by name and interact with them. Make small talk. No one wants to feel ignored. You only get one chance at a first impression, so make it a good one!



Focus
Free yourself of distractions when in guest chat, don't watch TV or listen to loud music in the free area. There is nothing exciting about watching someone that looks bored. Smile, flirt, maybe do a little spin. Look alive and happy to be there!

Schedule
Fill out your schedule. Even if you can't stick to it 100%, still complete it. If you leave it blank members won't know when you're on. Spend time on line, don't give up! The more time on line, the more your list of regulars will grow!

Use Audio/Sound
Let your customers hear your voice. Your voice will make their experience better, and make their experience even more real!

Get To Know Your Customers
Get to know your customers and remember them, it will make them feel special! However, keep in mind that customers can change their display name at will. If you aren't sure if you've chatted with them before, just select their name and hit the profile button on the cam interface.

Upgrade Your Equipment
Upgrade your equipment once you've established a firm foundation and have the funds to do so. The better your computer equipment and the faster your internet connection the better your video stream will be. Using the new streaming software is the best way to make the most of your time on line and does require updated hardware. Props
Consider offering a variety of sex toys. Try to have sex toys in a wide variety of sizes, shapes and colors. Members do look for performers with toys - so, pick toys that you will enjoy and that customers will enjoy you using. Make sure your room is personalized!

Dress Up
Offer a variety of outfits, shoes, stockings, pantyhose, and accessories. Customers enjoy different fantasies - you can make them come true! If they want a secretary, you need to be able to dress and play the part. If they want a mistress, have the latex outfit and whip. The more parts you can play, the more you can provide the specialized experience requested by a customer.

Remember the rules
No one likes a rule breaker and it can get you kicked off the site! Do not show nudity in free! It is a common violation, but an easy one to avoid. Nudity in free will cost you. The members asking for it are not there to pay, they are there to get something for nothing.

Kick vs Ban
If someone is giving you a hard time, give a verbal warning. If they continue to bother you kick them out of your room. If they come back and continue to bother you, then ban them. There is no need to be harassed by a customer. Remain calm and just ban them. They are not your target customers anyway!

Do NOT share Personal information
Be cautious, you have no idea who you are talking to. If they want to use the phone, there is an option for that. Tell them how to use that option, or refer them to customer support. Do not call them! No matter what do not give out your personal contact information. Do not give out emails, IMs etc. Streamate provides you with everything you need to contact your customers, use it!

Have fun!
Flirt, tease, talk a little dirty in the free area. You are here to make money! Show the customers what a fun time they can have with you. When you give them a great show, they will give you 5 stars. You should be getting the best rating you can by providing the best show! Always do your best to please a customer. Only do things that you are comfortable with and let them know what you are willing/not willing to do.
